About This Report

The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) requires every subrecipient of Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG‑DR) and CDBG Mitigation (CDBG‑MIT) funds to maintain and publish a running report of all contracts procured with those funds. The Housing Authority of the County of Merced (HACM) is a subrecipient under the 2023 Migrant Resiliency Center Program.

This page is the accessible HTML version of HACM’s CDBG‑DR and MIT Contract Report. It uses the HCD‑issued reporting template, Version 1.0 – effective June 1, 2026, and is updated as new contracts are executed. Each contract listed below also has its own full contract packet posted on the Public Notices page.

Contract Report

The table below lists every contract HACM has procured with CDBG‑DR or CDBG‑MIT funds. The first row is the example row supplied with the HCD template and is not an HACM contract; it is retained here because it appears in the source document and shows how each column is meant to be completed.

The report has thirteen columns (A through M). On a narrow screen the table scrolls sideways — drag it, or click it and use the arrow keys. Every column is also listed one at a time under Column Definitions.
